Lester Petch

Founder, CEO and Chief Investment Officer
Lester is Chief Executive Officer and a founder member of TAM with over 28 years investment management experience in major Institutional Investment Institutions as a Regional and Global Investment Manager. He originally trained as an Investment Analyst before becoming a Manager of direct investment portfolios in the Life and Pension Fund industry for such companies as Royal Insurance, PosTel Investment Management and Target Group. He has a Joint BSc Hons Degree in Politics and Law from Southampton University, is a Fellow of the Securities Institute and a graduate of the Investment Management Programme of the London Business School.

Christian Holland Head of Investment Management

Christian has 25 years experience in financial markets, initially as an analyst and then as an equity fund manager, running both unit trust and pension funds. Christian continued to run International investment portfolios from 1998 to 2007, when he moved to UBS Wealth Management as a fund manager, serving the IFA market with discretionary fund management services. Throughout his career Christian has featured in the media from CNBC to newspapers and radio, giving investment opinion. During this period, he has also been actively involved with sales and marketing.

James joined our investment management team in 2014 as an Investment Analyst focusing on fund research and selection. Prior to joining TAM he worked at UBS Investment management initially in their New York office then most recently London.. Whilst at UBS he specialised in global equities and derivatives research and investment within their Portfolio Trading Division. James brings significant financial market experience to our company including a disciplined and methodological approach to global investment. He is a graduate in Business Management from Oxford Brookes University, UK.

 

Staphanie Sotiriou Investment Analyst

Stephanie Sotiriou

Stephanie joined our investment management team in 2015 as an Assistant Investment Analyst focusing on supporting in the fund research and selection process. She brings with her significant knowledge in economics and finance after graduating with a First Class Honours in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science in the summer of 2015. Stephanie also holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC).

 

Kooshal Seetul Investment Analyst

Investment Analyst
Kooshal joined TAM in 2008 as a Research Analyst after working for IFS, a leading international management company. He is a Graduate in Finance & Law from the University of Mauritius and also holds a Masters in Accounting and Financial Management from Birkbeck College, University of London. Kooshal holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and is currently studying towards his CFA qualifications.

Clare Wickert Head of Operations

Clare Wickert

Head of Operations
Clare joined TAM as Head of Operations in December 2007 and has responsibility for all aspects of Account Opening and day-to-day Operational and Settlement related activities. Clare joins us with over 20 years operational experience in Stockbroking, Settlements, PEP/ISA Administration and Back-Office Administration functions, having previously been a Manager of a Settlement Agent and worked for James Capel and Robert Fleming.

 

Charley Brown Head of Client Support

Charley Brown

Head of Client Relations
Charley joined TAM in 2015 as Head of Client Relations to ensure our IFAs, business connections and contacts have a centre of focus. Charley has over 20 years’ experience within the financial industry including; client relationship management, operations, middle and back office. She has been Assistant Vice President for our global custodian, Operations Manager for IFAs and Investment Managers alike, whichsees her in an ideal position to add a wealth of experience to the team.

 

Robert Dunbar

Robert Dunbar

Head of Compliance
Rob has over 15 years experience in financial Compliance and has been part of the TAM team since 2008. He has worked on and overseen both generalist projects and focused thematic reviews covering a range of topics as either an independent consultant for the big four consulting firms or an in house resource. Rob maintains a client focused approach to regulation and is constantly developing his knowledge and skills including adding to his industry qualifications.

 

Stephanie Barkway

Stephanie Barkway

Head of Marketing
Stephanie joined the team in 2014 to develop and support our range of socially responsible products. She brings with her significant experience of charity and philanthropic work, and has held a number of communication based roles within the charity sector. Her passion and enthusiasm for ethical investment is a key attribution she brings to TAM Ethical. Stephanie graduated from Brighton University with First Class Honours in Business Management specialising in Public Relations and Marketing. She received the Natural PR prize for outstanding performance in the Public Relations elective.
